I believe strongly that human potential starts with a focus on the systems that surround us. I am fiercely passionate about how our environments and experiences shape us and how we can design ecosystems for better interactions and connections amongst and between us.

At my core, I am driven to constructively challenge organizations to develop new capabilities, deliver faster results, and create a space where insights can encourage and engage people to their do jobs better and joyfully. I am a bit of a zealot when it comes to efficiency, and fervent about providing the best-personalized experience for every person in an organization.

When I am not tethered to my laptop, I am thinking about how to design better experiences for people while on my morning runs or volunteering. My favorite pastimes are inspiring forever learners, connecting compassionate people, and sharing whatever resources and knowledge I have.
